It all started at a hotel in a remote, Canadian National Park. Winters were bleak and there wasn’t much to do with six feet of snow on the ground. Lindsay picked up the Sotheby's Wine Encyclopedia and flipped through, sipping on a glass of 1986 Chateau Lynch-Bages, leftover from service. She never looked back.
Fast forward 20 years, Lindsay has spent her whole career in some aspect of the wine business. She is a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers, a recovering restaurateur, past retail and restaurant wine buyer, and always a lover of “the peak experience.” Nothing brings her more pleasure than to share that joy across the province.
